• the location of the hotel is unfortunately really far from the city centre of maastricht. even worse, the bus from/to the city centre only departs per 1 hour!! in other words, you have to take the taxi and it costs u another 30 euros per trip! if you like going to the city centre (lovely city!) id not recommend you this hotel. this hotel is only suitable if you want to fly from the airport

• the outside of the guest room building is in very poor repair, there was moss and weeds growing around the pillars and in general it gave me a bad first impression. the guest room also needed rennovation - new paint and carpet.

• the staff was really kind but the location of our room was really bad. in other words we were "parked" near the cleaning place where all trucks of the airport came to let down their black water with an horrible noise and gasoline smell really awfull, also at 5.00 am!
