Hotel van der Valk Maastricht has a modern and ambient A la Carte restaurant with 130 seats.
The restaurant with it’s stylistic and contemporary atmosphere, it is ideal for your dinner, and lunch on a Sunday.
The hotel is a place where quests from all over the world stay for a visit, which means that the kitchen is specialised in international meals with a French-Dutch oriented style.
The chef is responsible for the quality of overwhelming dinners, and also regional- and seasonal dinners, which are served during lunch and/or dinner in our restaurant.
The restaurant is opened daily from 17.00 hrs., on Sundays from 12.00 hrs.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday we present a varied and elaborate dinner buffet, which costs € 23, 50 per person.
In our “Sint Pieter” bar, the cosy living room of the hotel, there is something for everyone! Here you can enjoy burgundian beer and snacks, but also our plat du jour, hot snacks or a nice salad. The bar is opened daily from 09.30 hrs., on Sundays from 16.00 hrs.
