Right in front of Hoogeerd is a landing-stage and the possibility to rent a rowingboat or bicycle. From the sun terrace the guests of Hoogeerd have a splendid view towards of on the activities in the marina, and the watersports lagoon.

Downstairs there is a festival hall that provides room for 350 persons and is suitable for all types of functions. This hall is seperable by accoustic walls into smaller or bigger rooms as required.
