     Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, behulpzaam personeel. Toen we kort moesten wachten op onze kamer (we waren vroeg) kregen we een drankje aangeboden in de salon. Mooie en comfortabele kamer. Tot in de details verzorgd en aangekleed. De fietsen die we hadden gereserveerd stonden voor ons klaar (aanrader in de stad). Het was een zeer prettig verblijf.

     I loved the home ambiance, the staff really treats you like if they knew you for ages! I also loved the decoration, and the location is great - very central yet in a calm area.

     Reception team wase great and helpful. For some reason the previous person in my room had set the ipod alarm for 4am, which woke me up. The ladies took off the breakfast charge which was great.
     I came down for breakfast at 9am, by then it was pretty hectic. No plates left, slow to restock, i had to ask for plates, cutlery.

     The Staff at your hotel are the kindest and most efficient. They create the atmosphere of a deightful holiday. Thank you to all the staff. This is the best asset of your hotel.
     The dark decor was a bit of a surprise and not as welcoming at first. Eventually, the luxurious fabrics were noticed. Fresh flowers may be more welcoming in the common areas.

     Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
     Hinweis auf Zimmer in einem Nebengebäude ist notwendig. Seife im Bad wurde nach einmaliger Benutzung erneut, sehen wir als Verschwendung an.

     Friendly staff, great location, room very clean and comfortable. Only negative thing I noticed was in the breakfast room there was quite a lot of dust on a table near the window. Only a very minor point. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.
     Slightly dusty table in breakfast room. Nothing else, everything was wonderful and we would love to come back.

     Minibar unexpectedly less exiting then the rest of the experience. Also, I was told it was free by the staff that showed me to the room but it was not. One more thing to improve is the email communication and the form. The readability is really poor since it is gray text on black background. Your site is nice but this is hard to write :) The email is not readable in Google mail for example. But the hotel experience was great! Thx!

     Lovely large room - comfortable surroundings, quiet residential area, nice views from rooms, lovely bar and breakfast.
     Didn't like having to leave room and go outside to walk down street to get to hotel bar and breakfast. Staff ran the gamut from too helpful and too friendly, to just plain giving bad and/or inaccurate information. All staff were friendly but they clearly had a wide range of experience and knowledge.

     The desk staff was outstanding and knowledgable and helpful. I would love to return to the Toren and will recommend it
     My room was a bit stuffy and may have been a smoking room. I needed some storage drawers.

     Fantastic location. Beautiful breakfast but thought it should be included in the price.
     We had a lower level room and it ws very wet smelling. My allergies got very bad on the second and consequent nights we were there. Too bad and it was in a lovely location.
