Boulevard Restaurant Edelman is, as the name already reveals, located on the chique and tranquile south boulevard of Noordwijk. Because of its location one has a spectaculair view over the dunes, the beach and the North Sea. It is therefore not surprising we are a fish speciality restaurant. The fish almost swims right on your plate. But also the dabbler of meat has a wide choise.
