the breakfast buffet was excellent - a good choice and very fresh produce.

the bedrooms were not well cleaned and the corridor and even the "non-smoking" rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes. the bathrooms were without window and no extractor fan was fitted - this would be illegal in uk. there is a housebuilding site beside the hotel - very noisy from 7am. the reception staff were inexperienced as they had all been brought in for the day from other hotels in the group.
