In the environment of the hotel you will find beautiful small villages, old churches, museums, magnificent nature, views and horizons, bird watching possibilities etcetera. Very near to the hotel you can visit the Lake of Leek and make canoeing-tours or walk through the Nienoord-parc. There you can also visit the national coach-museum. From the hotel you can make several cycling-tours, like the Nienoord-, the Abel Tasman- and the "Meren en maden"-tour. Nowadays the hotel, that has been fully restorated in 1999, offers the luxury comforts of a first-class country hotel in combination with unique meeting facilities, an excellent restaurant and a cosy lounge with an open fire. The stylish and cosy restaurant is well known in the region and is highly recommended by the Dutch Tourist Board. It has the right atmosphere for an intimate evening but also for a good business conversation. Opening times: Every day for diner: 17.00h - 21.00h Lunches (on reservation): 12.00h - 14.00h The menu changes frequently with the seasons. Our quests like to stay in the lounge and enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap at the open fire.
