A crew of renowned craftsmen managed to regain and expose the very heart of this listed 18th century residential home, rendering the premises back its distinguished sense of class. A stunning town garden, with the inclusion of a sun terrace, majestic magnolia trees and a well-designed kitchen garden, infuses the whole with a paradisiacal touch which ultimately was what we were aiming to. Our 2 conference rooms have all the strong suits to allow every meeting to proceed in the most fertile and serene of conditions. The "Hotel Recour" also offers an exquisite quality restaurant in "Pegasus", with a unique salon and a delightful garden terrace. In no time, the Pegasus Restaurant has acquired a name of considerable renown for itself in Poperinge and well beyond: attractive, stylish, romantic... in an exceptional setting all its own. Bert Recour perfected his skills under the tutorship of true masters such as Bruneau, Jean Berquin (Rust Roest), Geert Van Hecke (De Karmeliet) and Peter Goossens (Hof van Cleve) before going on to plot his own course. The cuisine is punctuated with Mediterranean touches and exotic whispers but stands out above all else courtesy of its uncompromising dedication to freshness and quality. Cookery to be savoured as an art form of the highest order ! PEGASUS Restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays. The restaurant will be closed from December 21st up to January 4th 2009 included.

  "The passionate". She is the muse of song and lyrical poetry, providing her own accompaniment on a wide range of stringed instruments. Lyrical is something you become on impulse in this room.
