A Small Hotel is located in the centre of Rotterdam’s cultural heart, surrounded by many friendly restaurants and cafés. This very special hotel is housed in a classical building that recently has undergone a complete renovation and has 6 charming rooms divided over the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.

The Hotel wishes to be distinguished from other hotels and achieves this through a daring and precocious approach. A Small Hotel concentrates on ‘HIPs’ or ‘Highly Individual Persons’. Guests who want luxurious accommodation at the right location, with plenty of privacy.

The hotel comprises of 6 beautiful spacious rooms spread over 3 floors, but there is unfortunately no lift in the building. These luxurious rooms include a free bar and the option to make tea and espresso yourself, providing you with necessary freedom and privacy. In addition to the facilities listed, each room is equipped with Coco-mat beds, a Samsung flat screen TV and an iPod station.
Breakfast can be ordered and brought to your room on Monday-Friday from 08:30-14:00 and at the weekends from 09:00-14:00. It is not included in the room rate. It costs EUR 15,00 p/p and should be ordered in advance.

Payment only with credit card and laser card. (Amex, Mastercard, VISA and international maestro.)
Check-in by arrangement and from 2 pm till 5 pm. Check-in after 17.00 pm you will receive codes to check in yourself. Later Check-out before noon.
