Cancellation & conditions

Cancellation policy varies per roomtype. For the Novotel Special and 2 Night Getaway the reservation is NOT refundable, so this reservation can not be changed or cancelled and the reservationsum will be charged to your Credit card upon reservation. For the other roomtype (standard room): your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 18.00 hrs on the day of arrival (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled before 18.00 hrs on the day of arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
