The recently renovated and classically decorated hotel offers free internet access in all rooms and is situated between the Fortis Circus Theatre (Tarzan) and the Lourdes Grotto, a Catholic Chapel, and is less than five minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, boulevard and restaurants. Easily access outstanding and bus connections to Central Station, the World Forum Convention Center, Carnegie Peace Palace. F or a selection of fine dining, walk to the Kurhausplein or step across the street to enjoy a film at Pathe Movie Theater. For trips further afield, take the tram to Central Station (CS) to connect with a train to the Keukenhof, Amsterdam (45 km), Delft (10 km), Rotterdam (20 km), Leiden (15 km) or Utrecht (45 km).

• While a restaurant is not available on the premises, a wide selection of restaurants can be found just a few minutes walking distance from the hotel at the beach or on the boulevard.

Our modern fully equipped classically decorated studios and two room apartments range from 24 sq. m to 55 sq. m in size; making them ideally suited as a temporary "home" during extended stays while visiting the area for work or pleasure

Handicapped Access:Please note that the hotel is in a historic landmark building and a lift is not available on the premises. One guest room is located on the ground level. Persons with disabilities are kindly requested to contact the hotel directly for room availability prior to making a room reservation.

  Studio Apartment: Comfortable sunny smoke-free classically furnished hotel studio with hardwood flooring, period accents, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV with VCR, internet access, direct dial telephone and fully equipped kitchenette featuring two burner electric cook-top, microwave and under the counter refrigerator. Suitable for 1 or 2 adults and one child. Studio rate exludes breakfast. Discounts offered for extended stays (one week or more).

  Two Room Apartments: We offer three fully furnished self-catering semi-serviced two room apartments which are ideal for independent guests requiring a centrally located "home" base while visiting The Hague for work or pleasure. Room rate based on short term accommodation.
• Apartment Features: hardwood floors, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, separate bedroom with one double bed (2Ps), clock radio,cable television, open kitchen with living room and dining area.
• Housekeeping: Housekeeping provided three times per week (M-W-F). Linens provided and changed weekly. Rubbish removed and towels changed daily. Guests are responsible for maintaining the kitchenettes.
• Short Term Rentals: limited availability, please inquire
• Long Term Rental (4 week minimum): Please inquire for extended stay rates.
• Payment Terms: Two week advance deposit required at check-in
• Restrictions:Apartment access limited to registered guests only. Use limited to maximum of two adults and two children

• Bed & Breakfast Room (3N min.stay)

  A cozy private room for the budget minded traveller. Our quiet sparingly furnished two star level B&B room is located in an older section of our building and offers a trundle bed, for 1 or 2 adults, desk, flat screen television with cable (access to more than 100 channels), telephone, clock radio, & private bath with shower. Please note - the B & B room is suitable for one or two adults only. Families travelling with children are kindly requested to book one of our other rooms. 3 night minimum stay.

Cancellation & conditions

Applicable to all reservations and transactions are the "Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry". The UVH are registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 1 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. if this is the case.
