Our property, situated in the heart of the city's seaside resort of Scheveningen, is uniquely located in a fully restored and centrally located monument building. All of our recently renovated and classically decorated rooms offer free internet access and our studios and apartments are ideal for extended stays. The hotel is next to the Circus Theater (Mary Poppins) and across the street from the Kurhaus Hotel, Meeting & Conference Center (Trams 9 & 1).

Apartment Features: hardwood floors, separate bedroom with one double bed (2Ps), bathroom with shower, clock radio,cable television, open kitchen with living room and dining area. Free internet access. Kitchenettes: 2 burner ceramic cook-top, refrigerator and microwave with fan. Pots, pans, dishes and flatware are provided. Coffee maker, water cookers and toasters provided by request. Limited housekeeping services provided:(M-W-F). Daily service: towel change and rubbish removal. Weekly service: Bed linens. Our quiet sparingly furnished two star level B&B room is located in an older section of our building and offers a trundle bed, for 1 or 2 adults, desk, flat screen television with cable (access to more than 100 channels), telephone, clock radio, & private bath with shower. Please note - the B & B room is suitable for one or two adults only and is not suitable for families. 3 night minimum stay.

CREDIT CARDS:MasterCard, Visa and American Express accepted (5% surcharge applicable) EXTENDED BOOKINGS (5 DAYS or longer): A non-refundable room deposit equivalent to 2 nights room stay or 25%, whichever is greater, of the total cost of the booking will be charged immediately to the credit card provided at the time of the booking.

Applicable to all reservations and transactions are the "Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry". The UVH are registered with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 1 day(s) before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 1 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy applies for group and long-term bookings. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs. in this case.
