The heart of Merlet is formed by the restaurant. This stylish arranged restaurant with pleasant open chimney offers a splendid view over the dunes area from Schoorl. Our kitchen and head-cook Timo Munts is famous in the wide surroundings. The menu card is adapted on the seasons and offers a wide choice of classic and inventive courses. At nicely wether you can have lunch or diner at our sunterrace.
