Cancellation policy for individual guests:
When the reservation is only concerning hotel rooms, with or without breakfast, the following rules has to applied:
a: When cancelling more than a month before the date of arrival, there are no charges invloved.
b: When cancelling more than 14 days before arrival the guest will be charged 15% of the total reservation to the hotel.
c: When cancelling more than 7 days before arrival, the guest will be charged by the hotel for 35 % of the total reservation costs.
d:When cancelling more than 3 days before arrival, the guest will be charged for 60 % of the total reservation costs.
