The striking facade of a warehouse from the early twentieth century, on the quay of the historic harbour of Oudeschild, conceals three spacious and modern suites – in more than one sense – at a high level: the Texel Suites.

The comfortable suites are well appointed and command a panoramic view of the Wadden Sea, the village of Oudeschild, and the green surroundings. The styled designer interior is timeless and represents the good things Texel has to offer: good taste, space and quiet.

By bicycle, you can become familiar with all aspects of the countryside, nature and dune scenery of the island. More than 100 kilometres of cycling routes take you to the most beautiful locations. Nature reserves like the Slufter, Muy, Hors and the Schorren are examples, but neither should you miss the wetlands and the cosy, picturesque village centres that the island boasts.
Texel Suites is a Design Hotel with all the luxury you can imagine and certainly a 5 star service, officially the standard classification of the Dutch Hotel Association classifies the hotel with 1 star. Design hotels do not have a standard in Holland.

The port for the ferry to Texel, Den Helder, is located at a drive of less than three quarters from Amsterdam. After your arrival by boat at ‘t Horntje, it takes under ten minutes to drive to Oudeschild. After all the traffic lights near the ferry, you take the third exit to the right (atop the little polder dike; Oudeschild is signposted here). You then follow the dike until you reach the harbour of Oudeschild. You will see the old warehouse with its characteristic high facade.

SUITE II The most intimate suite for a couple 90m². This is a generous suite for two, with under the ridge a bedroom that seamlessly runs over into the romantic bathroom. Looking out from the characteristic round windows over the harbour and the Wadden Sea, whilst relaxing on the soft sofa with a glass of wine. Tucking into breakfast, savouring your privacy. This suite offers sheer pleasure. Pleasure in the suite's luxury and pleasure in each other.

SUITE III The perfect suite for a party of three or a family with small children 90m². This apartment, with its bedrooms near the ridge, is located on the upper two floors of the warehouse, which stands out by its height. You will have a magnificent view of the harbour, the Wadden Sea and the island. Experience the cosy atmosphere, nights high above the ground, and the wonderful air showers filled with air and water.

SUITE IV The ideal suite for two couples or a family - 140m². Enjoy your privacy in this loft, its space, and its soothing style. A stay to lose track of time whilst savouring a beautiful wine, peace and quiet, and good company. Dream away to your heart's desire at the fireplace or keep reading and reading, in a stylish Barcelona chair, surrounded by the atmosphere of the good old days and today's taste.
