American’s Brasserie – just like the rest of the hotel – is decorated in warm, traditional tints creating a particularly enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchen is open daily from 12:00 to 21:30 for snacks as well as for full meals. The menu offers a selection of international dishes for lunch and dinner. You can dine à la carte or order one of the menus or the dish of the day. You can choose from an extensive menu.
Larger parties – up to 50 people – are accommodated in the Boegzaal. You can also enjoy an extensive brunch here.
