You can really enjoy yourself in De Maasduinen National Park. So much space and beautiful natural surroundings are guaranteed to take your breath away. Isn't that the trumpet of a crane you can hear? Yes, the crane is just one of the regular visitors to this extensive nature area. Numerous unusual plants and animals are perfectly at home on the drifting dunes of the moorland, in the woods and in the fens.
Furthermore, De Maasduinen is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, particularly since the construction of the handy network of cycle routes linking and signposting the most beautiful routes through the countryside, farmlands and cosy villages. In each municipality, walks have also recently been put together to create a "walkers' box".
