• i reported a fault with the shower on saturday. the receptionist said the maintenance man would be in monday. on monday, the new tube was fitted. a good selection of tv channels, and importantly, none were pornographic.


• no tea or coffee making facilities. room was too warm and we had to have the window open. the hotel was next to the motorway and so we had noise all night.
