Strandhotel Seeduyn is situated on the first line of dunes overlooking the vast beach, the North Sea and the neighbouring islands. The hotel is known for its unique location and its hospitable and relaxed atmosphere. From the hotel, you walk directly on the beach. The rooms have lovely views on the sea and the dunes. The village of Oost-Vlieland is less than one kilometre from the hotel and the bus from and to the ferry stops in front of the hotel. A network of cycle paths and footpaths starts in front of the hotel.

Vlieland is an unspoiled Waddeneiland with fantastic nature areas. Endless beaches, varied forests, beautiful dunes, the special "Kroon's polders" and of course the incredible sandbar the "Vliehors", which can be visited with the "Vliehors Express". A visit to one of the other islands like Texel and Terschelling is worth while. Vlieland comprises the small town Oost - Vlieland with beautiful old fronts, a church from 1876 and many nice surroundings. In the town you will find as well as the museum "Tromphuys" and an educational centre " De Noordwester". They offer several walks and excursions. The hotel organises many activities and during high season there is a children entertainment programme.

Upon arriving on Vlieland our luggagetransporter 'Zeelen' will bring you luggage, free of charge, to our hotel. The transportation on the island is free of charge. On arrival on the Island, our guests can use the free transport with the TCR bus to our hotel, when showing their booking confimation. During the stay in our hotel, guests can use the free transport, by showing their guest-pass.
