Hotel ’t Tolhuus is a peacefully situated three star hotel, just 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam. Located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage "Beemster" area (Noord Holland province). Near to the picturesque villages as Edam, (famous for it's cheese), Volendam & Marken (famous fishing villages know because of their inhabitants traditional dress and picturesque buildings) and Hoorn (traditional fishing village and steam powered train attraction). Ideal location to start your business day with refreshing jogging activities or leisure cycling tours. The hotel offers a spacious, free of charge, parking facility. All 39 rooms are modern furnished. The rooms are provided with shower and toilet. A limited number of rooms offer bathtubs and or Jacuzzi facilities. Rooms with a spectacular view over the IJsselmeer are available upon request. All rooms offer individual controlled air-conditioning, free satellite color TV and optional pay TV and a phone. The whole hotel facility is facilitated with broadband Wifi internet connection.

The hotel is located directly at the IJsselmeer dike. It is the perfect place to relax or to enjoy a variety of watersports. Cycling, walking and fast number of sightseeing activities. Scenic sites are for example the UNESCO World heritage "the Beemster Polder" and the traditional villages Volendam and Marken. These touristic sites can easily be reached either by bike or by car. Cancellation & conditions

The cancellation policy depends on the roomtype; For all refundable rooms your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel no later than 24 hours before your date of arrival. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.) Any booking not taken up and not cancelled 1 day(s) before arrival will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy does apply for multiple room bookings. Multiple room bookings are confirmed in case the hotel does not attempt to contact you within 24 hrs after (auto) confirmation. For the non refundable rooms the reservation can not be cancelled or changed and the amount will be charged in case of no show.
