Zweeloo is centrally located in the province of Drenthe. It offers great walking and cycling opportunities. There are several walking and bicycle routes around the village itself. Zweeloo is also renowned for its small, picturesque church that was painted by Vincent Van Gogh. There are several museums and other places of interest in the area. The unique and world-famous Animal Park Zoo) of Emmen is only 10 kilometres away.
Our extensive breakfast is served with great care and offers a wide variety of local products such as ‘Orvelte’ and ‘Oosterhesselse’ farm-made cheese and typical breads such as ‘Krentenwegge’ The Bed & Breakfast offers 5 comfortable apartments, 4 of which have their own kitchenette and living area. All apartments have an en suite bathroom with toilet, and a separate bedroom on the first floor.

You can discover the surroundings by bicycle or sail or canoe in nature reserve 'De Weerribben' and Giethoorn, have tea or lunch in teagarden 'De Buytenplaets' in Noordwolde and dine in Michelinstar Restaurant 'De Lindenhof'.
