´Het Buytenhof´ is surrounded by a large garden with beautiful old oaks, a natural pond and several terraces.
The Bed & Breakfast is located in a wooded area with wide vistas that is typical of the north-eastern province of Drenthe.
The province is famous for its old houses, farmsteads and other historical monuments. A good example is the 750 year-old church, which was painted by Vincent van Gogh. There are excellent wining and dining possibilities nearby, ranging from brasseries with a simple menu to a Bib Gourmand restaurant.
