How can I book a room?

You can book offline or online:
*Booking offline is easy, just press the "More contact info" button on a hotel-listing to find the hoteliers contact details such as telephone number and more, you can contact the hotelier directly to make a booking.
*Booking online is fast and convenient, first use "Check Availability" to see if there are rooms available, select the room of your choice and press "Book" to start the booking process.

When do I pay?

You pay the bill at the hotel in cash or by credit card. In case of a non-refundable offer you credit card may be charged in advance this is clearly mentioned in the offer.

Do I pay any reservation or service fees?

No, you only pay the rates as mentioned on the hotel-page. hoteliers.com is a platform where consumers can book directly at the hotel, so contrary to many other websites we won't charge you anything.

Why do I need to enter my credit card details when booking online?

When making an online booking your credit card details are needed to guarantee the booking, your credit card will not be charged. Not showing up or cancelling the booking too late may result in no-show charge which is usually equal to a stay of 1 night.

Is it safe to enter my personal details online?

Yes it is, when you start making a booking you are automatically transfered to a secure environment. All data you enter here is encrypted, our secure environment is certified by a third party called Thawte, click here to read more. hoteliers.com can not be held responsible for any damages caused by third parties such as participating hotels.

When do I receive a booking confirmation?

When booking online you will receive an instant confirmation through e-mail. When booking offline your confirmation depends on the hotel you are booking at.

How can I cancel a booking?

If you have booked your hotel offline, please contact the hotelier directly to cancel the booking. If you have booked online you have received a confirmation e-mail, in this mail you will find instructions how to cancel your booking. Please note that bookings are to be cancelled well in advance, if not this could lead to a no-show charge depending on the cancellation policy of the hotel which can be found at the bottom of a hotel-listing.
