     Location, design, bathroom
     One of your receptionist, a young guy, wasn't really polite neither friendly. The girls nevertheless were really nice and helpful.

     The location is very good, decoration is done with taste, and staff are very helpful and nice
     There no laundry services and room service. No mini bar in the rooms. My shower (room 312) was particularly uncomfortable due to its location right under the ceiling in the attic and impossibility to stand up.

     Right at the arrival, I was happy about choosing your hotel - the staff is very friendly and professional. I like the size of your hotel - not too many rooms. When I discovered your homepage, I was intrigued about the design & decoration - very relaxing indeed.
     I've only stayed one night, so I can only say that the overall impression is really positive. I would like to add comments on the breakfast: some effort could be done on the quality of your bread and pastry. Also the Coffee was rather average.

     New, very clean clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice location.
     The rooms are a little bit small (cosy rooms).

     We really liked the interior style, the location, and the spacious room.
     We had room 312... The room has a bath, which is great, but you can't take a shower. Would be nice to know when booking that is its a bathroom with bath instead of shower.

     The beds and the bathroom were great. Clean room. Nice breakfast.
     I have stayed on level 3 and had to take my luggages upstairs (via a rather small staircase ) from level two to three as the elvator stops at level two. The room temperature could have been higher when I arrived - had to set the thermostat.

     L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel a été très disponible et très accueillant. La décoration est soignée et conforme aux photos de l'hôtel.
     Nous aurions aimé avoir une chaise supplémentaire ou une petite table dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un sèche-cheveu dans la salle de bain. Par ailleurs, il nous a été donné un jour une serviette de toilette comportant des traces de brûlures. Le ménage sous le lit n'avait pas été fait (présence de poussière) à notre arrivée.

     The staff was very helpful and friendly & the whole hotel was adorable.
     It would be great to have slippers in the room & a shelf to put our shampoo in the bathtub

     The reason for booking directly on the website is that the website allows you to pay through Maestro, which is not possible on Booking.com
     - no AC - not possible to open the window - would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room

     Really nice - charming - warm - original design & decoration. Breakfast area is wonderfull! Staff was really helpfull and welcoming guests. Congrats for that.
     Small issues left & right showing the hotel is brand new. - Twin rooms, OK, but please mark clearly beds can't be joined - Tables in the breakfast area are very wobbly, which gives the whole room a bit less classy view - Staircase to 3rd floor needs a good cleaning due to construction works & welding to be finished - X-mas tree in the lobby is a shame for the normal decoration of the hotel - Heating is noisy

     The hotel staff was amazing. We had an issue with an outlet when we first arrived and the concierge was incredible at getting us into a new room quickly. Everyone we interacted with was multilingual and amazing!
     The breakfast breads could have been a bit better.

     The design of the rooms and the rest of the hotel. Very relaxing. Lovely and spacious room, very comfortable beds.
     Staircase from 2nd to 3rd floor. No ashtray outside. No fresh fruit at breakfast. No drinks in the room.

     Pleasent interior, good location
     Our room at the first floor street side, and that we were proposed to change it next day, but nobody botherd to actually do it. Acoustics were very bad for a new hotel, breakfast so so.
