     Ja zeker! Het hotel veranderd telkens hun uitspraken. Bijvoorbeeld wij moesten 38 euro betalen voor 24 uur parkeren, maar moesten daar wel verplicht na 18 uur weg. Checkout was om 2 uur, maar omdat 11 uur uiteindelijk beter uit kwam voor het hotel moesten we om 11 uur uit de kamer weg! Een hele aardige vrouw bij het ontbijt die ons hielp, de rest van het personeel was zeer onvriendelijk!

     Mooi, netjes hotel
     Mooi en prima gelegen hotel. Echter alleen geen oog dicht gedaan, de kamers zijn zo ontzettend warm! Te warm om te slapen. Aangegeven bij personeel, maar die konden er niets mee. Slecht opgelost.

     Beautiful large room. Great canal view, good breakfast.
     Great staff at checking in and in breakfast room. Less helpful staff a couple of days later on front desk. Asked for location of a coin laundry and she told me to google it. Then decided to actually help me and looked it up for me. Cleaning staff did not restock toiletries nor wash cloths even when requested at front desk until our last day. Cleaning could have been better.

     The staff was all lovely, the boat tour was great, the breakfast and the ability to go pick up drinks and snacks throughout the day, the bathroom was nice and large, and the minifridge staying stocked and included was nice.
     Our room smelled like smoke, but other than that, all good!

     The location near to the Museum Quarter, restaurants and a canal view were the biggest positives. The website was very representative of the Hotel. The experience was greater than expected and the breakfasts were superb.
     Missing stopper in the hand basin made hand washing of personal items difficult. Had to purchase a stopper at the local hardware store.

     Compimentary drinks and snacks is a great touch. Breakfast menu first class. Room perfect for a family of 4.

     - Yes. I asked for a parking space. As we arrived there was no parking space left. So you arranged a park service. The park service worked like amateurs. We arranged 11 o’clock @ 4. January but they missed the appointment and we had to wait more than 40 minutes with an 1 year old child. - There was a extremely bad smell in our room. First we called the reception, so a colleague visit the room and promised to resolve. But we got no answer. Because of that i went to the reception and asked again. The second colleague visited also our room and confirmed the bad smell and told us to check up if it’s possible to change the room. But - no suprise - we got no answer. All the nights we had to sleep with open windows with a little child, outside were 0 degrees. Summary: we payed almost 200 € per night for shit! I will comment all my experiences with the known booking sites like TripAdvisor etc.

     Rooms are nice and clean good quality and brand of shampoo / conditioner Breakfast staff very friendly
     - too many stairs - cooking smell in the morning comes into the room - toiletries - body lotion not refresh

     Relations with staff were terrible. Errors in the reservation, no one takes responsibility, manager not reachable. I had to repay a room because of an IT error, and was told i should have paid the difference in compensation ! (the room booked weeks ago, for which the reservation was lost somewhere, was more expensive than the room I had to book upon arrival, so the hotel "lost money"). This place is blacklisted.

     Nearly all. Best location, best connect to public traffic, enough cafes in the neighbourhood, amazing outview, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, and - the hammer - the complimentory bar. A service I never experianced on all my travels before. The only and tiny minus are the steep stairs for older Guests.
     Only the missing of an elevator.

     Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening happy hours with snacks and drinks were very nice. The patio is beautiful and a nice place to relax looking over the canal. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Nespresso in the room was a nice touch.
     The room was not ready at the stated time, and others had a similar problem (I overheard another traveler complaining at the front desk whose room wasn't ready by 6pm). The shower in our room didn't work correctly. We reported the problem, however, it wasn't fixed during our stay. Bathtub was nice, so we could bathe, but shower would have been more convenient. Be aware there is no lift and the stairs are narrow and steep. We knew to expect this so we weren't disappointed, but important to know.

     Loved being on the canal. Great decor in the guest room. Amazing service and employees. Best breakfast!!!

     Great location, friendly staff, fantastic food and service !
     Only that there were mosquitoes in the room at night but this is not the hotels fault- every place on the canals would have the same issue. Easily rectified with mosquito repellent.
